RETURN POLICY
We hope that all the products you buy from ECOWRAP (MC) INC. will give you complete satisfaction. If you're not satisfied, you can return any merchandise that has not been used, and with the original labels and tags, within 7 business days from the date you received your package.
Make sure that your parcel is securely packed, then affix the adhesive label to the largest side of your package. Also include the delivery receipt or a copy of the invoice that you received by email. You are now ready to send your package by mail. Once we receive your package at our warehouse, the price of the product will be fully refunded along with applicable taxes. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Warranty
ECOWRAP (MC) INC. guarantees all products within 3 months of the date it was purchased (proof of purchase required) if the defect is a result of the production and/or manufacturing process. This warranty does not cover accidents, abuse, negligence or wear from normal use. - LEGAL WARRANTY
2.1. The Civil Code of Québec and the Consumer Protection Act provide for legal warranties, particularly on hidden defects and the use of sold goods. These legal warranties also apply to this sale.
2.2. This warranty may in no case reduce or suppress the manufacturer's legal warranty when one exists.
- USE AND COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
3.1. The Purchaser is notified that his/her information provided for this sale or subsequently can be used by the Vendor for the purposes of promotion or marketing of the goods and services offered by the Vendor.
3.2. Only duly authorized employees and representatives of the Vendor (all those who work in sales or marketing of goods and services for the Vendor) may have access to your file, and strictly for the purpose of exercising their duties.
3.3. The Purchaser has the right to access personal information in his/her file. If the Purchaser wishes to have access to the information in his/her file, request a correction or cancellation of the file held by the Vendor, lodge a complaint or request an investigation, the Purchaser must write an email to Customer Service at info@ecowrap.com
- POSSIBLE DISPUTES
In the case of complications related to the application of the Sale Terms and Conditions, the Purchaser may seek an amicable resolution with any counsel of his/her choice before any legal proceedings.
- SALES TAX
The Purchaser agrees to pay the Vendor the taxes payable in respect to all items included an order.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ECOWRAP (MC) INC., its affiliates, its officers, employees, representatives or agents may in no case be held liable for any damage related directly or indirectly to the use of bijouxcarolineneron.com, including the loss of information or a loss of profit resulting from the use of elements of bijouxcarolineneron.com or the inability to use such elements.
In the event that ECOWRAP (MC) INC. is found to be liable to you, this liability will be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you paid for the returned goods. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section restricts any right you might have as a consumer under any public order legislation that might be applicable in your case.
